We’ll be renovating all of these rooms out of existence, but it’s worth taking a look at the kind of interior the house has at time of sale. These are agent photos used to market the property.

For a home built in 1912, you can see it’s remarkably free of character. There is little original woodwork. The MLS listing indicates there are wood floors under the carpet, which may have some salvage potential. 

The layout is a warren of rooms—all of a good size, but without the effortless flow of an open concept. There is duplication of room function on floors 1 & 2 (two kitchens, for instance) because of its use as a duplex.
